I was also intrigued by this concept because I realized my beloved gel eyeliner was drying so fast before I could even finish it. This seemed like the answer to my prayers. Come on, think about it, it could last you literally years to finish it up because all you need is water to activate this baby right back up.
Hate to tell you ladies, IT DOES NOT WORK!! it smudges on my hooded eye right after applying and whenever I sweat or sleep, it just transfer to my eyelids. Come on, what do you expect when water can liquify the product and sweat wont??
On my search to make it work, I came across the Kryolan Cake Eye Liner Sealer, apparently its supposed to make the Aquacolor seal on your eyes! Although the color is more intense and opaque if you use the sealer instead of water (as you will see in the picture below), it SMUDGES the SAME as with the water. The only way it will work is if you apply eyeshadow on top of it. It works great as an eyeshadow base for a smokey eye.
I also tried using it to draw my eyebrows. The color is quite light for my dark eyebrows.

I really wanted to make this product work as I spend money on this thing. I heard Lakme also does this type of eyeliner, hopefully that will work better. I'll have to try.
Smudge after I lied down right after applying it |
Update 15/1/16: It stays on better in the winter when im not sweating but I have to make sure I prime my lids and have eyeshadow on top to prevent it from creasing. Still not impressed.
