- I pee the whole freaking time.
I just want to sleep with the pot so that I dont have to go to the toilet the WHOLE FREAKING TIME. Just found out from the doc, if you are peeing every 10-15 min do check if you have a urine infection. I take CRAN MAX once a day in the morning and it really helped with waking up at night to pee. I now only wake up once to pee. Did not help on day peeing though somewhat helped a little bit. Apparently its to prevent us from getting a UTI infection and cleans our urinary system.
2) Sleeping difficulty.
I used to have difficulty sleeping due to my big belly and back pain. My nursing pillow wasnt cutting it. I bought this amazing pillow from this wonderful lady on facebook. More details with pictures read : The most comfortable pillow. This pregnancy pillow is FREAKING HUGE!! but it really helps in all of ur sleeping aches. Gives you neck support, leg support and back support. AMAZING!
3) General body aches
I had a really bad body ache at the starting of my third trimester. I tried body massage but that only helped just for a while. What actually helped me was to start EXERCISE!! I know I know we are too tired to exercise. I started walking on my treadmill and it really helped with all the body aches. Back ache was TOTALLY GONE!!
4) Mood swings
There is definitely no cure for these mood swings. The best chance is TO AVOID any situation. My kids were starting to get on my nerve sometime. What I do is just leave the room (of course someone else should be there in the room with them). Taking a good nap in the day MAY help with the mood swings.
5) Anxiety
I have been getting them especially at night. I cant fall asleep due to this anxiety. I have already 2 children with small year gap and this baby is also the same. How to manage 3 kids when the baby comes. Its already chaotic right now..How do I manage with 3??Its going to get more choas.
6) I cant fit any clothes/shoes
I cant fit any of my clothes and shoes. Either they are too tight or too hot to wear, Cant wear any heels (Im used to wearing tights and heels pre pregnancy). Now heels are definitely a no-no, gives me back ache and tights are too hot to wear since im literally boiling here. Solution is wear comfortable slippers (not shoes), I love the fitflop ones, it gives so much comfort to my feet though it is quite expensive ($100 plus) but worth it.
7) Sweating like crazy
Is it me or the weather is getting hotter by the minute? Due to increase blood volume, we have more heat in our body thats why we sweat like a pig. Wearing loose cotton clothes helps, Avoid wearing synthetic or nylon materials, they trap air the most. Sweating also leads to body odor, do use a natural deodorant for that. I love these crystal body deodorant, they are natural (made out of crystal of some sort). They do not lessen your sweat but prevents body odor. I mean its natural, who doesnt like that?
Remove all available body hair you have because these hairs will trap more heat thus causing you to sweat more especially underarms.
8) Dry eye and dry skin
While some of body parts produces more liquid some parts are dried out. My eyes are dry like a sahara desert that I rub my eye so much that some wrinkles already might have shown. Best thing to do is use an artificial tear drop. They improve the dryness and relieve the itching.
9) Sex is difficult.
Sex is either gone or nearly out the window. Damn, how can we have sex when we have this moving baby inside. Either the husband is feeling weird about our big tummy and baby inside or we ladies are just too exhausted to do it. Plus sex position is totally limited! I love being kinky but my big belly is not letting me! Do you know our G-spot position changes during this time? No wonder orgasm is so difficult! (OK TOO MUCH INFORMATION) :p
